Rationale for Project Server 2007 compared to 2003?

Currently i am trying to build a case in order to acquire MS Project Server
2007 for a project organization with 30 users. The alternative is Project
Server 2003. So i wonder what are the concrete advantages 2007 has to offer?

Project 2007 has some advantages and disadvantages which are too many to
list here.
Personally I'd wait until the issues with Project 2007 are resolved (a
service pack has been announced but not released yet) before going with
Proj2007. Once they are though, Proj2007 would be my choice.

Understandable, but are the known fixes of the comming SP1 already known?
For i wonder if anyone here knows the location of the list that is too long
to post here?

For me the disadvantages of the current 2007 are less interesting, for by
the time a decision is made i expect 2007SP1 to be released (assuming it will
be released early on next year).
