Raw data output is poor excel format part 2 - align columns

Hi,
Having solved part 1. I now have up to 4 columns of data for each section
(with a total column as well) which represent 4 different products. The
system that has churned out this data has always put the products in the same
order but some sites don’t do certain products, so the column for a
particular product is omitted. Is there any way I can ‘align’ the columns so
that I can use the data for a pivot table? See sample below (there are over
1,000 sites!)
