RBS structure

How do i setup RBS structure for reporting time? I
couldn't find instrcutions on doing this in help...I
thought there would be a field called RBS code or I will
see something like that under Resource Information, but I
couldn't. I am trying to get Timesheet reporting going.

The RBS field actually the Enterprise Resource Outline Code30 field, and is
used as a part of Project Server's security model. The outline code
structure that you set up in the RBS field should mimic your company's "org
chart." This needs to be done in the Enterprise Global. file. After you
have done so, you will need to specify a value for each resource in your
Enterprise Resource Pool to designate each person's position in the "org
chart." Essentially, this tells Project Server "who reports to whom." The
RBS field works in conjunction with Categories in Project Web Access, and in
Project Server 2003 it works specifically with the My Direct Reports
