I am working in the MS Project 2002 Environment and have been for well over a
year. Recently I have encountered two issues. The first is when trying to
add new users through MS Project Professional, once I add the RBS to the new
user, an error message is generated stating my Windows Account is not valid
(We use Project Server Accounts - don't ask), however when I do not add the
RBS and only add the custom OBS the user can be added no problem. We have
well over 1000 resources added to the system and this is just a new event.
My 2nd issue, when a new user is added and the RBS is allowed to be
displayed when I look at the Project Web Access Resource List, the users are
in there without a name. When I look at the SQL tables the name is in the
tables but not displayed in the web access portion of the system.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
