RBS updates/changes

I work for a large corporation and like many large organizations they change
often. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to structure the RBS knowing that
it will change approximatley every 6 months?

I appreciate any feedback.

If the RBS changes. it changes. You could make it as flat as possible, but
really if reporting structures change frequently then you are going to have
to change with it.

Perhaps you can send a message to the execs that their frequent changes are
really screwing up Project Server :)
