re-activation fails

I upgrade my hard drives & now both pub '02 & front
page '02 wont reactivate, the message states there are
setup is already running. Now, both programs cant be
removed & installed again, so how does one remidy this
hidden "MSI" installer issue?

Any help would be great!!!

Thanks for the quick help Mary, but that patch didnt work,
when i try to start either program, it asks for the disc,
then only reads the floppy & goes right into limited mode
(program). My drives work fine, if i put those disc in,
they pop right up, but cant re-install.... guess its
reformatting time.
