Re-Check for Spam

The Junk Email Filter in Outlook 2003 works just fine for
new messages.
But, how can I get Outlook to "re-check" a folder for
spam?
Or in other words... manually initiate a check for spam?

You can't, unless you use exchange sever mailbox. When you use cached mode
and create a new ost, outlook rechecks all of the mail.
