Re-congfiguring SQL for project 2002

Hi all,

I'm having trouble connecting from Professional 2002 to
Server 2003. I get error message 'Sql server not
accessibel or server not found'. However I can connect
using the Ip of server. Is it possible to change the
default location Project Server is using for db-access, I
mean the one which runs under sql-account MsProjectUser.

Solved this by using tool found in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Project Server\BIN\

Is there anyone who knows where's the documentation for
the product?
