I've found how to 'create stationary' when using/copying another's
stationary, find'g it amazing easy?! BUT - when trying to create my OWN
stationary, I'm bumping into a brick wall ALWAYS! HOW please do I do this? I
have used Paint, creating the imagine I wish, automatically putting into
Bitmap Px. What I need is twofold: first, HOW to create THAT pic in PAINT to
another image other than Bitmap? There's a way, I know, as did it 1X,
forgetting to write down notes how I did it! Since that time, no success
whatsoever! So - 1st, how do I create PAINT imagine into other pic option
other than Bitmap, i.e., JPEG? THEN, how to create the statonary, by the
Stationary File in App Data, it requires BOTH the image in JPEG & also the I
Explorer ("e") image?! HOW does that part also get done?! Frustrated
