In Word 2000, when I insert a hyperlink to a webpage that redirects the user
to another page, I get a 'page cannot be displayed' error. In this case, we
are using NT authentication to pass credentials through and silently log a
user into the site. When the page does not load, clicking refresh on the
browser (IE 6.0) continues to load the page just fine. Interestingly, the
hyperlinks work great in Outlook 2000. I have read that this is an issue in
Word but I have not seen any solutions or workarounds. Any help or
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
