I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student earlier this year. I also
purchased the basic License lockbox option. Now I'm about to buy a laptop
which implies the following two questions:
1) Since my original purchase was for the downloadable version of Office for
a PC, can I change to a MAC version for my laptop using my original download
purchase?
2) How do I download again? There is no "purchase history" in my account
when I sign in. So this seems like a record issue that I might need to talk
to someone about, but I can't find a way to contact Microsoft about this.
