re-enable macros

my VBA code worked once, but now I get msg 'Excel started
with macros disabled' - how do I get out of this? thanks!

Make sure that under Tools > Macro > Security you dont have the macro
enabled.
In excel 2000 if it is in High the Macro will be disabled and in excel Xp
the macro is disabled by default.
