re-establish outlook accounts after mimail virus

recently picked up mimail virus. I cleaned the virus, and
updated to explorer 6.0 & outlook express 6.0. however, I
cannot add new identities. e-mail for other 2 accounts is
currently being deposited into my mailbox.
