Re-indexing in Vista is not finding notes in Outlook 2007

I'm rebuilding the indexes for Outlook 2007 again because Outlook is not
showing me a selection of notes that contain matching search words that are
present in the notes.

I've read in the MS KB to rebuild the indexes but this does not resolve the
problem.

I'm using Vista Ultimate x64 with SP1, and Office 2007 SBE with SP1.
