Re-Install on Re-Imaged computer error

Phil

I have recently been forced to re-image my computer due
to spyware, viruses, (and various other things microsoft
cannot deal with). Durring my reinstalation of microsoft
outlook (it is a legal copy pre-packaged with a pocket
pc), i came upon the error 'This product has allready
been instaled on another computer',,, great... thanks for
the info. of course the other computer was the same
computer with a diffrent image on it. So due to poor
programing i am left without a product i paid for. if
anyone has encountered this error before, please reply.(i
would have tried directly contacting microsoft tech
support they obviously charge you if they make mistakes)
my email is as follows... [email protected]
I REALLY appreciate any help you can give.
Thank you,
Phil

You should be able to contact MS by phone at (425) 635-7056, since they
supply installation support at no charge, according to their web page. You
should also be able to get email support at no charge, since you've
registered that product once before. Go to
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;prodoffer38a&sd=GN
and pick "Start E-mail Request".

The phone numbers of the Microsoft Product Activation Centers can be found
here: http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/resources/vol/numbers.mspx
my email is as follows... [email protected]

If you thought you had trouble with worms and junk mail before, posting your
real address in Usenet will _really_ make you a target.
