I am wondering if anyone can help me. A person whom I am trying to help, runs
Office 2000 Standard on Windows XP. He had previously uninstalled Outlook and
Nettrader.now wants it back again.

Hi,

Well does the user have the Office 2000 Discs. If he has, you could try
re-installing Office 2000 using the Disc.
