One of the PC's on our peer-to-peer network has a problem with Outlook 2003 -
when started, it consumes nearly all available CPU resources (~99%). I'd like
to remove it and re-install, but in Control Panel - Add and Remove Programs,
it isn't listed, nor does it show in Add or Remove Wiindows Components (we're
running Windows XP professional - service pack 2). I'm not confident in
removing it manually and updating the registry - any ideas? Thanks. (By the
way, we're a charity - Aspiring Youth of Houston - and don't have funds to
pay for an answer, let alone employ a systems person, so your support would
be much appreciated!)
