Re-installing outlook express

Is it possible to uninstall and re-install outlook
express. All I can do is get rid of the start-up icons
from the add/remove windows programs on the control panel.

I keep getting to error messages that say unable to open
mail store/ not enough memory, and one of the .dlls is bad
and oe may be installed incorrectly.

This may be possible If the identity is corrupt.
Create a new identity.
Start>run>wab.
File>switch idenity>manage identity>new.
Close the address book and open outlook express.
It wants to configure an email account.
