Re-installs on every Word launch

Tried deleting local user registry keys for all pre 11 office products and
for Word and Excel in 11 as you suggested. No success.

I will try deleting all of the Office keys for this user when I have more
time. Thanks for demonstrating to me that these registry keys are easily
replaced.

I have a very similar problem. The only difference is that my user Id's work
fine so long as they are given Admin status. If I lower them to Power Users
or Users, the Windows Installer runs at every launch of Office 2003.
Furthermore, I get an error message that says "One of your object libraries
(stdole32.tlb) is missing or damaged. Please run setup to install it".

Well, stdole32.tlb exists in my C:\Windows\System32 folder (Windows XP SP2).
Furthermore, System File Checker did not report a problem. Any ideas?
Thanks.
