Re Make Bar Graph Wider

Hi hope this helps
I have ppt 2002...but think it is about the same in other versions
In ppt double click on the graph
it will open excel in ppt then double click on the bars
This should bring up a box called Format Data Series
or something similar
at the end is a tab called Options click on this
Then click the Gap width up or down to resize the bars

If this fails you could email me the slide for a quick look.
