Re Need help with the select query in access 2003

Hi,

I am using microsoft Access 2003.

I have an excel file which I have linked to the database as a table.
Using this linked table i have created a query. One of the field is
not displayed correctly. Below I have listed the values from the excel
file. It consists of numbers and text but in the excel file I have
formated the cell as "text". I get the text values displayed correctly
but the numbers get displayed as "#Num!". Can someone please solve
this mystery for me.
