Re-publishing

I am receiving the error message "Could not find a web
server at "www.------" on port 80. Please check to make
sure that the web name is valid and your proxy settings
are set correctly.

Any suggestions. I did not have a problem when I
published the first time.

Have you install any firewall applications, if so try disabling before publishing.
