Re-purposing the Powerpoint Right Click "Format Text Effects" butt

Hi,

I am unable to re-purpose the right click menu "Format Text Effects" button,
I believe its idMso is missing from the documentation, or I dont recognise
the it if its there with a weird name.

Full Powerpoint ID's list in PowerPointRibbonControls.xlsx contained in
2007OfficeControlIDsExcel2007.EXE you can download here;

FYI: I could successfully re-purpose the "Format Shapes..." button using;
<command idMso="ObjectFormatDialog" onAction="myAction" />

Anyone out there know the idMso of the "Format Text Effects" button?

FYI: I found it worked using idMso="WordArtFormatDialog"
