Re-Register mscal.ocx on windows server 2003

When I try to re-register the mscal.ocx on a windows server 2003, I get this
error;
DllRegisterServer in mscal.ocx failed. 0xc0000005. Would like to know how
to re-register the file without re-installing office xp.
