Re-selling a Visio Solution

Has anyone ever created an application using Visio that they were able
to sell to the general public?

How did that work? How did you handle Visio licensing issues?

I have an application that uses the Visio axDrawingControl (ActiveX
control), and I wanted to re-sell it. I can't find any information
anywhere - not even from Microsoft or the licenses distributors.

Which Visio features are you working with ?
Would you would consider an alternative ActiveX to Visio without
license requirements for end-users of the application ?
