RE Sending Emails Remotely

P

Paul

I have a new laptop and I can recieve outlook emails wherever I am remotely.

My problem is that I can not send emails out of outlook from some places. So
for example, when I am at the office I can send emails OK via wireless
network. When I am at home, I can recieve emails but NOT send them. In some
hotels I can send emails OK, in other hotels I can only recieve them.

Is there a setting I need to change to enable me to send from all locations?

Thanks for your help

Some ISPs don't allow you to send mail via their networks unless you
mail address is in their domain. You can usually (but not always) ge
around this by making sure you authenticate to the outgoing server yo
wish to use or use a port other than 25 for the outgoing connection.
Your ISP can give you instructions
