I'm no expert on Word, but start the "SEARCH" program,
then select the "Advanced" options and check the box
for "Search Hidden Files and Folders" to find
the "normal.dot" file in the "SEARCH" program. Until I
did this, I couldn't bring up the normal.dot file, either.
