Re-sizing charts

Hi

I have a quick question.
I have a few charts created in Excel, then copied and pasted as links
in Powerpoint. Everytime when I am updating the links, the charts on
the Powerpoint slides are resized.
Has anyone any idea how to prevent this to happen?
