Thank you for taking the time to help me with this dilema. Unfortunately
when you go to clear the offline folder or delete the OST, it is not the
other mail account that is being administered to. One can only change their
own account settings not the additional mail account that is setup in their
outlook. In addition to my own e-mail account, if there was an account for
"Helpdesk Admins" that was not synching, how could we re-sync with the 5
users where the mailbox has been setup on their outlook?
