Reactivate an employee

M

Michelle

I accidently deactivated the wrong employee in the
Resource Pool. I can't figure out how to reactivate that
employee. Any suggestions? I tried revealing the
inactive column in the resource pool but it doesn't reveal
the employees that are marked as yes.

Thanks!

Here's how to reactivate an accidentally-inactivated resource:

1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server with
administrator permissions
2. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Open Enterprise Resource Pool
3. In the Open Enterprise Resources dialog, select the "Include inactive
resources" option
4. Click the Apply Filter button
5. Scroll down until you find the inactive resource, as indicated by the
Indicator to the left of his/her name
6. Select the inactive resource and click the Open/Add button
7. Double-click the resource's name
8. In the Resource Information dialog, deselect the "Inactive" option
9. Click OK
10. Save and close the Enterprise Resource Pool

Hope this helps.
