Reactivation of office product after reinstalling factory default

After formating my laptop to it's factory default, am i able to reactivate my
office product after i reinstalling it?

I had 3 licenses that was available when i bought the office 2007
application, i gave one license to my brother, then i installed on mine. When
i reformated my brothers pc, i reinstalled the product and got the message
back written that i have used all the licenses already. How should I address
this issue?
