Read from Excel and write into another Excel

Hi,
I am new to VBA programming.I have written one VBA macro which I load in to
Excel.I want add these features in my macro.
On clicking of one of macros button new excel should get launched and new
Excel should have all the datas of Original Excel but column order may
differ.

Plz suggest me how to do it.Plz write me in details ...I am new to VBA.
