I have a manager who downloads all his messages from the server to his
laptop before leaving on a trip. He then reads them at his convenience and
answers some and deletes others. When he comes back to the office and
reconnects to the network all of his emails that he had downloaded and read
re-appear as unread. This is driving him crazy...and you know what rolls
downhill to me. Shouldn't the mail on the laptop govern what happens when
he reconnects to the network?
If anyone has input on this I would appreciate it.
Thanks
