How do I move read messages of one specific sender to specific folder automatically? Is it possible

This is not rocket science. For Outlook 2003:

Tools>Rules and Alerts (or click the Rules and Alerts button on the button
bar)>New Rule. The very first template is for moving a message from a given
sender to a given folder. Just fill in the details.
