Read-only embedded font in Word

Some people are unable to edit my Word documents. They
receive the following error message: "This document cannot
be edited because it contains a read-only embedded font."

I have even sent them blank Word documents and they still
get the same error message. I've looked at the properties
of all fonts installed in my Normal template and none of
them are "read only."

Any suggestions?
