Scenario: i have two people using an excel spread sheet. One person is
inputing data while the other is in read only mode. The first person saves
the data but the second person cannot see the changes. I told the person to
close read only and then open again to see changes. First person claims that
new data doesn't appear right aay. It does not appear until second or third
attempt. Person is blaming it on network syncing. I don't believe so. Does
anyone have any info on this? thanks.
