Read only submitted infopath form

Hi

I am looking to have our submitted forms read only when the user has
clicked on the submit button. These forms are to be submitted to our
sharepoint area for our College staff to view and to view only. I have
read briefly about digital signatures but our IT manager wishes us not
to use them. I have also tried conditional formatting 'is not blank'
Any help would be much appreciated,

Create a new view, the go to View > View Properties and select read
only. Then you need to implement some logic that will only display
this new view after the form is submitted.

No! Read only is not within view properties I am using infopath 2003
SP2 I think your referring to Infopath 2007. Thanks for the reply.
