Read-Only Text?

I received an attachment that was "Read-Only Text." When
I tried to save the document as a new document, all the
save options were grayed. The document could not be saved
at all.

How do I save a document so that it cannot be saved? What
is "Read Only Text"?

Read-only means just that: you're only allowed to read the
file. Are you using Word 2003 by any chance?
