read-only user can change table relationships?

I have administrative privileges to a shared secured
database I am testing. I logged in as one of the read-
only users to test the security features were working
properly. It was fine until I tried to change the table
relationships and save them... and I did! Does anyone
know why I was able to do this as a read-only user?

Assuming the db is split, did you do this in the FE or the BE? Only the ones
in the BE, matter.
