Read ONLY!

On one of my machines in the office, whenever she goes to a network share and
opens either a XL or DOC file, it opens in read only, no one else in the
office has this problems and the permissions show it is NOT READ ONLY, whats
going on here, this is highly frustrating, please help!

She doesn't have write privilege to that folder? Norton Office plugin
causing issues?
