Read Receipt for 1 Person?

Hi!

I was wondering if there is a way to set an automatic
read receipt, but just for 1 person. I know that I can
set it globally or on an email by email basis, but I was
hoping that there is somewhere that I can set it to
request a read receipt whenever I send an email to a
specific address.

outlook does not support this. Not sure if other addins do... take a look at
slipstick.com.
