I recently upgraded one of my users to a new PC. On his old PC he used Outlook 97 (yuk). He had a small issue on that version where all of his mail would retain the closed envelope symbol even after he read it. Clicking "mark as unread" didn't change the symbol. On his new PC I installed Office 2003, and imported his email history from his old PC. Now his Outlook 2003 is doing the same thing; after reading a new email the Subject Line will change from bold to unbold, BUT the little envelope symbol won't change from a closed envelope to an opened envelope symbol (if he forwards or replies, it will then change to the opened envelope symbol with the little arrow).
This is a small issue, but it is annoying.
