Reading files saved from Pagemaker & Printshop

I maintain a non-profit website and some new people that will be supplying
information that goes on the site wants to send it in files saved from
PageMaker and other in files from Printshop. I have neither program. Is it
possible to get a reader that will read these files?

I just got the 1st Printshop file and the name was similar to notes.pcp
