When attempting to print a Word attachment using right-click and print in the
Reading Pane of Outlook 2003, sometimes the attachment will not print. Word
will launch and the document will display, but it will not print -- when
clicking File | Print or the print icon, the print dialog box will not open.
Nothing happens, no error messages. Upon closing Word and re-opening, a
message displays that a change was made to the normal.dot do you want to save
this change yes/no.
Any ideas as to why Word would "freeze" in this manner? Thank you.
