reading pane + calendar view?

In Outlook 2003, is it possible to have both the reading pane and calendar
apear together, side-by-side?

The desired effect is to have a 3 tiered view. The folder list, then the
reading pane, then calendar.

Thanks!

No, but you can open Outlook's calendar in a new window and arrange that to show next to your folder list and reading pane. (Right click calendar->open in new window.)

Not exactly, but the to-do bar has a navigation calendar and upcoming events
that is available on all modules.

BTW - I assume you want the reading pane for email, not the calendar. You
can use the reading pane in the calendar folder, but it works as it does in
other folders - shows the selected item.

Thanks again Diane.

Our org. hasn't upgraded to '07 yet, but this particular EU has it at home,
so was inquiring. Out of curiosity, I'm checking to see how he does it.

And yes, by reading pane I was referring to email. It sounds like he has the
folder list, the reading pane (for inbox) and then calendar all up in one
view when you look at outlook.

Thanks again. I appreciate you're help.
