I use windows 10. In reading view, the arrows for turning the page is suddenly gone. Instead there is only the standard scrolling bar. The quick way of flipping through pages, either with arrows on screen or the arrows on the keyboard is the only reason I use reading view so it's really, really annoying I suddenly can't. I have attached an image of my screen when in reading mode (it's set to Danish, but that shouldn't be an issue regarding the problem).

I have attached another screen shot. I had chosen the option I've marked as 1. If I switched to the one I've marked as 2. the problem was solved. I have the arrows again.
