ReadStatusTimephasedData with unpublished data

In PSI, the readproject method allows you to specify which store to read:
working or published. The ReadStatusTimephasedData method of the statusing
service provides no such option. Is there a way in PSI to get that data if it
has been saved but not yet been published?
