Help! i sent an e-mail to a client. Ok no problem, but when the client
responded to the e-mail. i could not view the message unless i clicked on the
e-mail as unread and view it in the preview mode. also, when i print it the
message is not there. and to top it off, when i double click it to view it in
a new window, it is not there. Why?
