Has anyone used BCM to manage real estate clients and prospecting? Any tips,
tricks, etc? I understand setting up business contacts, phone records, etc.
What I need is process to tell me every day the calls I have to make, based
on periodic (general) calls AND based on individual requirements. Thanks.

I sent pinpointtools an email confirming if their add-on will do what I need.
My question to you Glen, if a client of mine is an owner of several
properties how do I link my client (business contact) with multiple
properties (accounts)?

Thanks, Burt.

I know someone buying a house without a realtor, are the contract templates
that are on microsoft office sufficient enough to use?

What I do is use the listign number as teh name, and inpt the address of the
listing as the business address. Once this is done, I email auto link the
property to the client's contact manager record. From there you can sort the
journal for the client by property to build showing reports, etc.

I am also starting to set up properties i have shown, linked the the photos
i take of the proeprty, and the comments of the client. THen i can use these
contact entries to send a virtual preview of the property to multiple
clients, with a slideshow and audio presentation of the property features,
plusses and minuses.
