The short answer is YES! you can basically make a database to house any
information, so real estate info is no different.

As for download an access database. I do not know of any real estate
database just out their for download. This would be specialized and I think
this is the type of project that you will either have to invest your time to
learn and develop one on your own or hire an Access developer.
